Henry Delaware Flood 1865-1921, was a Representative from Virginia, and these are Memorial Addresses that were delivered in the House of Representatives of the United States, on May 28, 1922 as he had passed away at his residence that forenoon. Proceedings in the House, the Prayer, etc. Mr Flood graduated in law at the University of VA in June 1886, and practiced in Appomattox County until his death. (Softcover)
