Descendants of Jacob Longyear of Ulster County, New York. This book follows both the male and female lines of descent. Jacob Longyear was the immigrant to America.  Five of his sons had records in the Revolutionary War, two of them however, were for a time under somewhat of a cloud as we see on April 30, 1777, a Court Martial convened and proceeded to trial.
