The first of the name Margeson came to the shores of America in 1620 in the Mayflower, died unmarried. In May, 1716 information from a family bible brought to New York shows that John and Catthren Margeson's son, John , was born and christened in Trinity Church, by Parson Vessey. The descendants are listed from that point forward. Other branches show the family of Gideon and Lavina Wilson Margeson. Typescript book.
