This 1888 publication presents the genealogy of one Marsh Family. It provides an outline for the generations of descendants of John Marsh, who emigrated from England to America 1633-34. He took the oath in England before sailing. He appears on record as receiving 20 acres of land at Salem, Massachusetts. His wife was Susanna Skelton (b. 1613), daughter of Rev Samuel. Together John and Susanna had eleven children between 1637 and 1650.
