This short book, being the result of careful study and research, was published in 1891 and provides a record of the descendants of Robert Mason, of Roxbury, Massachusetts. Robert Mason was born in England in 1590. He was probably among the company of John Winthrop which settled Roxbury in 1630. His wife died at Roxbury in 1637. He moved to Dedham, being an original land holder there. He died in 1667. His descendants lived in various locations, including Dedham, Northfield, Barre, Worcester, Sturbridge, and Boston, Massachusetts, and also in New York City, Orange, NJ, Brunswick, Maine, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Washington D.C.
