Published in 1902, this is the genealogy of the Maulsby family for five generations, 1699-1902. Compiled by careful research among Quaker, government and family records. John and Mary Maulsby came to Pennsylvania in 1699 and settled in Philadelphia County. The ship was 'Bristol Merchant', with John Stephens captain, among the company of English Friends were John and Mary Maulsby, also on board was William Penn coming for his last visit to America. Their first born son was arrived on the journey whom they named Merchant, for the ship they sailed on. They landed at Chester Pennsylvania. He bought land and settled in what was called Plymouth, Penna. This was the Plymouth Meeting settlement, presently Montgomery County.  Includes Maps, Illustrations and Charts.
