May family Assoc., Edited by Hortense Woodson

This 1956 publication gives an account of the May family history, coat of arms, family association, and genealogy, through the descendants of Charles May and Polly Loveless.   They were settled at Mays Cross Roads in Old Edgefield County, South Carolina where they reared a large family of children. Their first was Amasa in 1799.
