These are the ancestors and descendants of Howard Ansel Halligan (1874-1950) and his wife, Mary Griswold Ballard (1875-1967) with charts. Howard was born in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, an only son. He graduated from Amherst College in 1896. Mary was born in Circleville, Ohio. She also attended college. They were married in Nov., 1898.
