Chiefly a record of some of the descendants of Benjamin Twitchell. He was born in 1599 in England to Richard Twitchell and Cicely Waller. He married Mary Riggs. She was the daughter of Edward Riggs of Roxbury. They were the parents of at least eight children. Descendants lived in Massachusetts, Vermont, California, and elsewhere.

Ancestors include the following: Henry Twitchell, George Twitchell, Richard Twitchell and Cicely Waller.
