This 1900 book contains a genealogical account of the descendants of James and Catherine Kelly. James was born in Scotland in 1752.  James Kelly served in the Revolutionary War, during America's struggle for freedom of the colonies, from the domination and oppression of King George lll. He spent the winters of '77 and '78 with George Washington at Valley Forge, and was badly frozen and experienced lack of food and supplies.
