Excerpt from The Leland Magazine, a genealogical record of Henry Leland and ten generations of his descendants, from 1653-1850, containing an account of nine thousand six hundred and twenty-four persons. The plates which appear in the Magazine, have been procured and inserted, with the kind consent of such as are living, and of the near relatives of such as have deceased, of those whom the plates represent. Henry Leland was born in England about 1625, married Margaret Badcock, came to America in 1652, and died in Sherburne, Massachusetts in April 1680.
