History and Genealogy of the Milk-Milks Family to 1952. John Milk was appointed cowherd for the town of Salem, Massachusetts, in 1662. The same year he was chosen for the duty of chimney sweep.

He married Sarah Wesson (Weston) in April of 1665 and they had two children, John Milk Jr. born in Jan 1668/9 and Mary Milk born in 1670. Mary married John Wesson (Weston).  John Milk Jr. married Elizabeth Hempfield in 1689, and 2nd married Mary Scolly in 1707.

The 1956 second edition is 301 p. and in 2011 was a new edition.. Typescript.
