This is a much needed book, and will be well used by genealogists and historians. But the author did not put any contact information on how to get in touch with him, buy additional copies of said book. That is a travesty since I just happened to have seen a review of it in another publication, but had I found it in a library, and wanted a personal copy, I would have had no clue. And is he not trying to sell more books? I observe a lot of publications and one so important as this, or any others by this author, ought to have contact and publishing info within it.
