An extensive Genealogy (Vol. 1) of "The Descendants of Several Ancient Puritans" by the name Adams, Bullard, Holbrook, Rockwood, Sanger, Wood, Grout, Goulding and Twitchell. The focus is on the Grout family, showing Captain John Grout who resided in Watertown and Sunbury and married Mary first who died in 1641, then married Sarah in 1642. John Jr was the only child from his first wife Mary, born in 1641. Seven other children came from Sarah.
