Nicholas Beery, the first immigrant of the name, was born in 1707 and in 1727, he emigrated to Pennsylvania. There is little known of his early life but it is assumed that he belonged to the "plain people" of the Pennsylvania German pioneers based upon his life in the New World. This book serves as a complete genealogical family register and includes biographies of many of his descendants.
