This book takes a look at the ancient DeJongh family name and the related families with their genealogy and history in Europe and America. From originating in Belgium, going to Holland, and eventually to America in 1847 covering a span over 700 years. Koenraad DeJongh and his wife  Wilhelmina Verbeek, along with 787 Dutch settlers, were the first to come to America. They settled in what is now Pella, Iowa.
