This is the genealogy of the DeVeaux family, including various branches and generations for eleven hundred years. The name with various spellings, with research appears to have originally known in France as Vaux, Veaux and was prominent among government officials at a very early period. The first settlers in America were found in New Amsterdam (New York) around 1653, named Matheus De Vos and his wife.
