This is the Dibble family, of England and Connecticut. The founder of the family in America was Robert Deeble, who sailed from England in 1634. His name appears in records from 1635-1642 in Roxbury, Massachusetts. Some variations of the name include Dible, Debell, Dibble, DeBell.
