This book gives the history and descendants of Charles and Susanna Dixon, early English settlers of Sackville, New Brunswick. Charles was born March 8, 1730 in Yorkshire, England and was a bricklayer as a young man. At age 31 he married Susanna Coates. In 1772 the family sailed to Nova Scotia. He bought 2500 acres and settled in Sackville. Together they had nine children, four were born in their new home land. Soon after their arrival the Revolutionary War broke out.
