This book gives an account of the history and genealogy of the Ford family, and specifically showing the descendants of Richard and Elizabeth Ford (Foord) of Virginia, and their children. There were other Fords who came from England to America as early settlers to New England. By accepting a new faith it meant uprooting their lives, and a move to a place far off, for a new home and freedom to worship God in peace.
