This book gives an in depth Graham - Grimes genealogy from the years 1756 to 1926. The name is ancient, and is also seen as Graemes, Graem, Grahm, Grahim, Grayham, and more. It dates back early to the fifth century. In the seventeenth century Scotland we see Montrose, who was a most distinguished Scotchmen. He was a poet and scholar as well as military soldier.  In 1782 William, second Duke of Montrose is celebrated. In America there are many recorded emigrants under various spellings, coming from Scotland, England, and Ireland.
