This publication presents the genealogy of the Griffith family: the descendants of William and Sarah MacCubbin Griffith. Also shown are related families, such as Parrish, McElroy, Downing, and Guthrie and more. We also see wills, biographical sketches of family members, some were of ordinary ability and engaging in public affairs, and several were soldiers in the Revolution. Sarah Griffith was the daughter of John and Elinor Macubbin of Anne Arundel Co., a scion of an ancient Scotch family. In 1675 William Griffith came from London, England and settled on the Severn River in Anne Arundel County, in Maryland.
