This is a sketch of some of the Hancocks in the United States. We're given the descendants of John Hancock (1733-1802) of Goochland, Fluvanna and Patrick Counties in Virginia. Goochland Co is across the James River. We see his will and estate divided and through this see his four sons and five daughters.  Also provided are notes on the family of Jacob Adams (1763-1835) of Tennessee.  Typescript.
