A genealogical account of the descendants of Thomas Hastings who was the first settler of the family in New England. He resided in Watertown, Massachusetts. Thomas Hastings and his wife Susanna, embarked at Ipswich, England, April 10, 1634 in the ship Elizabeth. They settled in what was called the Massachusetts Bay Colony.  Descendants are from his oldest son, Dr. Thomas who was born July 1, 1652. Through this line we have the record of Dr Seth Hastings, Sr, of Clinton, Oneida Co., New York. Descendants are listed from 1634-1899.
