HATCH: Descendants of William Hatch of Scituate, Massachusetts 1874

Listed in this booklet are eight generations of descendants of William Hatch of Scituate, Massachusetts. He was the emigrant ancestor, and was one of the earliest settlers of Scituate. He came from Kent, England before 1633. Having gotten established he returned to England for his family in 1634-5. He was a merchant and man of means. He served on the jury at Plymouth in 1636-38 for the trial of three men concerning the murder of an indian.
