This 1846 publication is a genealogical register of the Herrick name and family, from the settlement of Henerie Hericke in Salem, Massachusetts, 1629-1846. The tradition of this ancient family is that they descend from Eric the Forester, seen during the Norman invasion in England. The lineage of English and American line being through him. Herrick is also spelled Eirike, Eric, Irek, Herik, Heryck and several more variations.
