2nd Edition: This is a genealogy reference providing 12 generations of the descendants of Hartmann Hunsaker, born in 1689 /90, of Katzbach, Canton Bern, Switzerland who came to America. He married Anna Stirz (b. 1694) about 1712 in Switzerland. They had nine children. Hartmann died in Frederick Twp, Philadelphia County, Penna and Anna died in 1738 in Manheim Twp, Lancaster County, Penna. Canton Bern is a German speaking locality and immigrants from there to PA were often Mennonite or Amish as the Honsakers appeared to be.
