This is an outline sketch of the life of Dr. James Hunter with members of various branches of his family, to the year 1923, and his descendants. Dr. James Hunter came to Canada from Yorkshire, England, in the year 1822. A brief, very early, history of the family is provided, dating back to the 1200s in Scotland and England.
