John Jacob Link (Hans Jacob Linckh) was born at Grossgarthach near Heilbronn, Germany in October, 1682. He married Elizabeth König in 1708, and Anna Magdalena Neuwirth in 1720. They immigrated to Philadelphia in 1733, and settled in Oley Hills, Pennsylvania. He died in 1738. Descendants have resided throughout the United States.
