This short booklet gives the origin of the name, and early history of the clan, this book of the McFarland family covers their migration to America. The focus is on the line of descendants of Daniel McFarland, one of the Scotch Presbyterians, who settled in Worcester, MA. He immigrated to America from Ulster Ireland in 1718. The family was in Scotland prior to being in Ireland.
