This Merrill genealogy was published in 1864 as appendix to his book "My Wife & My Mother; Ancestors Of Frances E. Merrill and Naomi Humphrey". It gives an account of the first settlements of the towns in Connecticut and Massachusetts which the ancestors of the author's wife and mother were connected. His mother's ancestors were that of Peter Brown one of the 101 that came on the Mayflower to Plymouth.
