A brief history of the Haverstick or Habersteuck - Musser or Moser - Bensell or Benzelius or Benzell - Deshler or Deschler - Young or Jung families. With the exception of the Bensell family, who are from Sweden, the ancestors are of German origin, and many from the Palatinate are of the Rhine. Michael Habersteuck an emigrant, was born in 1718 and migrated in 1741 in the ship Europa, sailing from Rotterdam. He landed in Philadelphia. He settled near the Conestoga Creek a few miles below Lancaster. (Softcover)
