A Welsh family, settled in the hills and valleys near the Neshaminy River of New Britain Township. This is an account of the James Family of New Britain, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, during the 18th and 19th centuries, to the year 1876. Many of the earliest James family in that surrounding area of Montgomery and Bucks Counties were Baptists or Quakers. Provided is a rich history of this area as it relates to these pioneering families. We see John James in 1711 and his wife Elizabeth. This 1973 copy does not include the account of the Owen family
