This short book provides a brief look at the ancient King family, exploring its English ancestry and American descendants. The focus being those entitled to bear coat armor.  Illustrations of coat armor is provided. The attempt was made to locate the earliest armor-bearing King families in England and place them in heraldic groups of similar symbols and design, and briefly trace the pedigree of the original ancestors.
