John Lazell (Lassell) was born in England in the year 1620 and was a resident of Hingham as early as 1647. He married Elizabeth Gates who  traveled with to New England, on the ship Diligent, in the year 1638. The Lazell name was expanded as they had children and settled in the states. This book includes content on John Lazell and his descendents and a multitude of genealogical research.
