Zebulon Stout had five children: Nathan, Henry, Catherine, Ann, and Caroline. His daughter, Mary, married Philip House. John, another son, married Rachel Rosenkrance and had four sons and two daughters. Ruth, John's daughter, married John Sutton, a Baptist minister, and had several children before moving to Virginia.

Descendants of James Stout include Joseph, who moved to Pennsylvania and had a prosperous family with seven sons and three daughters. Samuel, a respected man, served in the Legislature and married Anne Vanderveer, with whom he had ten children. The four sisters, Penelope, Elizabeth, Mercy, and the unnamed sister, married and had large families, continuing the Stout lineage.

Richard Stout's descendants, including Benjamin, were omitted from the original manuscript but later added. Richard married Penelope Parke and had six sons and three daughters. Benjamin's siblings, Moses, David, Abraham, and Rachel, had varying fates, with David standing out for his strong character and education. David married Mary Schenck and had a large family, contributing to the Stout legacy.
